The brown sugar wasn't usable. It was one hard clump.

I prefer this brand to others. Makes a big difference in my cakes, cookies and etc.

I bought this in both light and dark versions and was so disappointed. They both contained these little burnt pieces of sugar that look like bugs throughout the bags. I was so disgusted! I have never had this problem with any other brand of sugar, not C&H, not Holly not Diamond
