It sounds like it's running really slow compared to my last razor, but it really does a great job. I wish I got the cordless one, but it's a minor inconvenience to shave near a plug.

Bought this for use in Australia. It’s a little low powered, but shaves pretty well. However, it came with a US plug, not a USB plug as claimed on the list. I had an old Phillips plug that worked, so I kept it. But otherwise buying you’d need an adaptor if you want to use this.
