Review: Not as good as I thought it would be. - My pool is 17x4m and it doesn't cover all of the bottom on one charge. Walls and bottom would need at least 3 charges I think. Also, it lifts the front quite often. I have contacted Wybot by email but no solutions to this. That said it cleans quite well, not amazing but it picks up a lot of bits. I was expecting more. I am also concerned about the stories I have seen re it catching fire ! I live in a wooden clad house so this would not be good.
Review: Works great!! - Love this robot and even though it cost much less than others, it is a work horse & efficient! Love the app and the various options of cleaning mode, like just the sides, the entire pool, etc. Great value, I’m sending the link to my friends, highly recommend! We have the pop-ups and even though they work great, there’s a couple spots that the boulders seem to drop sand and it piles up. Most wouldn’t even notice but it catches are eye! I always fired my pool guy, so I had to sweep the sides myself but now, this robot does it for me. I use the sides only feature daily so that is saving me $125 per month. It’s already paid for itself! It’s also not so heavy getting it out of the pool, just let the extra water run out of it before attempting to lift out of pool completely. You’ll want to get the hook pole to get it out!

**Q: Limited runtime, how can i clean my pool more effectively?**
A: Please charge the pool vacuum robot fully.  Choose a correct pool shape and pool material first throught App, and then choose a cleaning mode in your needs. Pay attention to the pool robot runtime 180min runtime is in Echo mode，60 mins in Turbo Mode.

**Q: When should I charge the rechargeable battery?**
A: When battery is low, the robot will automatically returns to the pool edge, or LED indicator in flashing yellow also reminds to charge it.

**Q: Can I remote control the pool cleaner?**
A: Please noted C2 pool robot need to preset the parameters while it is on shore.

**Q: Why does water appear inside the product packaging?**
A: Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.

**Q: When should I use the floating parts?**
A: When we find the pool robot could not climb the wall smoothly, recommend to use it.  In other cases, it may not be applicable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wybot C2 Robot Cleaner

Never had any issue, then all of a sudden the cleaner wouldn't move. Battery was fully charged, nothing binding the tracks, lights all working, just wouldn't move. Of course it was outside the Amazon return window by a couple months. Contacted the seller, provided them with a little information, and a week later I have a new cleaner. You have to return yours to a Canadian location (FedEx shipping supplied by WYBOT) and the replacement will then be shipped to you. Good communications from the service folks. So after 4 months of operation, here are my opinions... Pros: Decent cost, no tangled cords, easy setup, easy cleanup, easy placement/retrieval, good job at covering the pool in "turbo bottom" mode on a single charge. Some of the nooks and crannies get skipped, but that was a problem with my old corded unit. Takes a little "brooming" to move debris out of really tight spots. Cons: Needs more than a single charge to do walls and floor (~16x40), charge time is kind of slow (~2.5 hours) so not as convenient for a quick cleaning after a thunderstorm with lots of things blown into the pool. Would I buy it again: Yes, based on performance and WYBOT service experience.
