WYBOT Pool Vacumm，Wall and Waterline Cleaning，Ideal for Inground Pools

My pool is 17x4m and it doesn't cover all of the bottom on one charge. Walls and bottom would need at least 3 charges I think. Also, it lifts the front quite often. I have contacted Wybot by email but no solutions to this. That said it cleans quite well, not amazing but it picks up a lot of bits. I was expecting more. I am also concerned about the stories I have seen re it catching fire ! I live in a wooden clad house so this would not be good.

Love this robot and even though it cost much less than others, it is a work horse & efficient! Love the app and the various options of cleaning mode, like just the sides, the entire pool, etc. Great value, I’m sending the link to my friends, highly recommend! We have the pop-ups and even though they work great, there’s a couple spots that the boulders seem to drop sand and it piles up. Most wouldn’t even notice but it catches are eye! I always fired my pool guy, so I had to sweep the sides myself but now, this robot does it for me. I use the sides only feature daily so that is saving me $125 per month. It’s already paid for itself! It’s also not so heavy getting it out of the pool, just let the extra water run out of it before attempting to lift out of pool completely. You’ll want to get the hook pole to get it out!

Never had any issue, then all of a sudden the cleaner wouldn't move. Battery was fully charged, nothing binding the tracks, lights all working, just wouldn't move. Of course it was outside the Amazon return window by a couple months. Contacted the seller, provided them with a little information, and a week later I have a new cleaner. You have to return yours to a Canadian location (FedEx shipping supplied by WYBOT) and the replacement will then be shipped to you. Good communications from the service folks. So after 4 months of operation, here are my opinions... Pros: Decent cost, no tangled cords, easy setup, easy cleanup, easy placement/retrieval, good job at covering the pool in "turbo bottom" mode on a single charge. Some of the nooks and crannies get skipped, but that was a problem with my old corded unit. Takes a little "brooming" to move debris out of really tight spots. Cons: Needs more than a single charge to do walls and floor (~16x40), charge time is kind of slow (~2.5 hours) so not as convenient for a quick cleaning after a thunderstorm with lots of things blown into the pool. Would I buy it again: Yes, based on performance and WYBOT service experience.

This thing will hit a wall and just spin for a full minute then go right back the exact same path it came from. Will only clean 1/2 the pool (shallow end) will not got in the deep end (7'). Absolutely terrible engineering so don't waste your money! I'm just a little pissed that for $600 this is the junk they send you!

Unfortunately I missed the return date and that's the only reason I still have it. Currently I can't even log into the app. I have contacted customer service via phone and I got "I'm sorry we cannot take your call." I reached out via Amazon. No response. I have now sent a message via email. Their website says "1 to 3 business days" for response. During the few weeks it worked, It does not go to a corner when it's finished. I've had to fish it out of the middle of the deep end several times. Also, when pulling it out half of the dirt falls back into the water (and this is with the fine filter in it). I do NOT recommend this product. I bought it at the end of March because it was on sale. I didn't start using it until the first part of May. It worked for less than 4 weeks and now I cannot login to even use it.

I bought this after another brand of corded pool vacuum took a dump. The charging time is quick and programming is easy through the free app. The only small issue is the front end will lift while cleaning the bottom of the pool if the filter has a lot of debris in it. This generally doesn't hurt the ability to clean; however, it can modify the direction of the robot on the bottom of the pool. Battery life is good and it's much easier and quicker than my old corded vacuum to clean. So far this seems to be a good investment and hopefully it will be reliable. UPDATE: I now have been using this Wybot pool cleaner for a few months. I found due to the previously mentioned front end lift while cleaning, it thinks it's going up a wall and will stop. This disrupts the floor cleaning cycle and it is unable to completely clean the bottom of my pool. As such, I have downgraded my initial 5 star review to a 3. If there is a way to keep the front end from lifting, I will upgrade my review. So far I have not been able to remedy the issue.
