LED Lighted Illuminated 35mm Slide Viewer(2AA Batteries Included)

Works as described. Picture is clear. Packaged well, easy to take somewhere. Great price. Seems well made, great size for what I needed.

This handy slide viewer- did the job. Reviewing what was on an old carrousel full of ancient slides .

The product is everything I need. Easy to use (except it's hard to figure out which side to pull on, to get at the battery compartment - it's NOT the one that has a battery symbol and a "pull" arrow!) It works reliably. But I don't know what they were smokin' when they labeled it "LED" - it's a plain old incandescent flashlight bulb. Also shown in the listing (but not mentioned in the text) is something that looks like a lens cloth, but there was none in the package. All in all, though, I got what I needed, for a great price.

Works great for checking individual slides. Very bright light. Nice that it is cordless and uses a battery. Sure saves time when looking at slides.

Works as expected. I use this to review my old 35mm slides. Does the job.

Very easy to look at individual slides

Contacts were either corroded or not degreased properly which caused a constant flickering of the bulb no matter how forcefully the slide was depressed. I filed the contacts with fine sandpaper and applied an electrical contact cleaning solution which corrected the issue. A simple fix, but one that the purchaser of a new product shouldn't have to do. I have also found smears on the inner surface of the glass viewing screen which is not accessible for cleaning, and yes, it does diminish the quality of the view. Otherwise a solidly built viewer which would have been great for the casual examination of 35mm slides if not for these glaring quality control issues. Overall a disappointment.
