Smells great. Very relaxing scent. Ive been sleeping better.

All around nice and It helps me sleep.
It smells nice, it’s not sticky, it rubs in easily into your skin and it’ll help me sleep with whether you rub it on your arms or your legs or the bottom of your feet. Nowadays, I squirt seven pumps into one hand and rub it on one leg and then do that on the other side. Spray it straight on the skin and It can just drip off. You need about 14 to 16 pumps, at least I do. I get involuntary muscle twitches sometimes in this can help also. Sometimes it doesn’t work, but I guess that’s to be expected. I bought it from Amazon because their website… it cost about the same on their website but they wouldn’t tell you how many ounces was in it and it was a ridiculous website. I was interested in some of their other products, but they wouldn’t tell how many packets came in or how many ounces you got for the price! What is that? All that information is on Amazon. Cymbotica does have cool stuff.

Spray bottle doesn’t work very well
The spray bottle would be great if it worked. The product is great! But I have to open the bottle and put the product in my hand, then I loose a lot of the product
