This brand is one I trust. The millet flour is a lovely yellow colour which gives a very attractive colour to baked goods. I use it with a mix of sorghum flour from the same company and a gluten-free flour from the supermarket to make my bread rolls. The millet tastes good and is naturally high fibre which makes up for the very low fibre content of the supermarket mix. Update July 24. Have bought again as so pleased with the performance of this flour in my home baking. Update Oct 25. When ordering this, make sure you aren’t ordering heavy items as well. If they are all delivered in the same box, the flour bag is likely to be damaged in transit.
