I purchased it to use on our sore shoulders. I put it on my husband's shoulder and it didn't seem to work for him. I saw on the insert that you can use it for lots of pain issues, so I tried it on my lower back where I suffer from arthritis pain. It really did help relieve the lower back pain. I don't know if we just didn't apply it properly to my husband's shoulder. My pain is still diminished immensely after having it off for about 4 days.One thing that isn't mentioned, is how to remove the tape. I'm actually quite frustrated by this because when I tried to gently remove the tape from my husbands shoulder, it tore his skin a bit. I had to google how to remove it, before going any farther. I discovered that to remove the tape, you either soap it up really well and gently remove it or use baby oil. We were able to remove my husband's with baby oil but it was a very slow and painstaking process. Mine removed by soaping it up and gently removing it very slowly.So, I'm pleased that it did help with my lower back pain, I'm disappointed that it didn't seem to help my husbands shoulder but most especially disappointed in the sores it left on my husband's skin and No instructions in the box on how to properly remove the tape. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Support for Knee *by S***L on January 21, 2016* I was very impressed with the fast delivery and follow up service by HT Services.
