Came bent and broken
Cage was bent in many places, tray was totally broken with large hole in it, this is the style cage that I wanted so it was a disappointment but I got it returned and got a refund with no problems.

Heavy duty but need to be a craftsman to assemble
Extremely difficult to assemble, even for an Engineer. It took me two hours to figure out how to put it together. The instruction was a joke, a single diagram with unclear instructions. Material is heavy duty for the price, but some chipped paint around the cage due to poor packaging.

The cage is good for the price
The cage format is ok for a parrot, but I ordered a white and it came in dark gray, but I ordered it to travel so I had no time to request and wait for a return and redelivery! The cage is good for the price, and as a third bird cage.... Not very strong and not for every day use, but good for vacation home.
