This stuff is really good, but expensive. I still buy it though. I live in an area where you can't find real Parmigiano Reggiano, so I'm happy to be able to buy it from Amazon. Great taste and texture, and always arrives well packaged, so it's fresh

I like Parmesian cheese. I like it on pizza, in lasagna, and in so many other dishes including bread. This was a bit pricy but I decided to give it a try. It's aged 2 years, and I want to see what that does to the taste. And I found out... it tastes like Parmesian cheese! I don't know what aging does to it, but it has the characteristic tate. It has a good texture, but somehow it has some crunch to it! I like it!

I will buy this again. It has a really good taste and aroma that starts as soon as you open it up. Made Italian fettuccine recipe from pasta grammar cook book. And I’ve never had it made like this before and it was the best I’ve ever had!!! A definite must buy!!!!
