My kitty has been raw fed since she was 6 months. She is very food motivated and has a vast palate. She loves to chew stuff. I think this makes a perfect snack/chew toy/tooth brush. Depending on the size she gets half or 1/3 of it almost every day as a lunch snack. I put the left over in the fridge. I love that it is a good mental and physical stimulant. She was getting some build up on her back teeth and while I do my best to brush her teeth sometimes and add a tooth powder to her food I feel introducing these regularly has been the most helpful in scraping crud off her back molars! I never give her without supervision though because their are stringy parts and it can be a choking hazard for the smaller fur babies. On most of the necks once she gets down to the thick end nub it just becomes a mess of bone and sludge that she struggles to get through and sometimes tries to take it down whole and on a few attempts has choked a bit and thrown it back up. Again if she were a dog or much bigger cat it might. It be as much of an issue but still watch your pet! Also because of how dry they are I always try to encourage my kitty to drink water after.

We use these as the "special treat" for our dog. He LOVES them. No digestive issues, good size treats so it takes us awhile to go though them - some freeze dried liver treats are BIG chunks that are actually difficult for our rat terrier mix to chew through. At $6 a bag, this a good value for us. This is a good size bag for us too so we don't have to worry about transferring treats to another bag or transporting a large bag when we go somewhere.

Not exactly sure why these are such an amazing price right now ($14.49) as they regularly sell for $26 but my two bags arrived today. I immediately ordered two more at the same price. I have five cats who are crazy about these! Can confirm the correct size bag did show up. (3.75oz) Best before 2026.

My mini dachshund loves these treats. He’s too bougie to eat beef or any raw animal farm treats. He likes game meats. Even some of them are a little big, but he’s smart to break one in half so he can eat it.
