Two week supply if taking two capsules a day
As I have been taken the maximum amount a day (2 capsules) these only lasted me about two weeks. I will have to buy another pack to see if I notice any changes which works out a bit pricey. I have purchased different vitabiotics products in the past with positive results so confident they will work if given enough time and affordability.
