I was a long time sufferer of dry itchy eyes, however, after using Krill oil supplements my eyes feel moist and lubricated.

I've been taking these capsules for 6 weeks. Initially, for the first 3 weeks I took 1 capsule a day. However, my friend is taking 2 and suggested I do the same for maximum benefit. I now take 2 capsules a day. I have, for a couple of years, experience significant pain in my legs and feet, my mother, and grandmother were both disabled with osteoarthritis and it looked like I was going the same way at just 51. However, I can honesty say that I now feel, for the past 2 weeks, I have a new pair of new legs and feet - I've no pain at all, and I don't feel any stiffness - it was embarrassing before as I looked like an elderly person getting up because of stiffness. Today I was showing a friend how good I felt and was able to dance around the kitchen on my tiptoes and I did not feel any pain at all. Only last week I was going to an appointment and felt so well I decided to jog a few steps then walk, then jog.... with hand on heart I can honestly say I've not felt this good in a few years. I said to the friend today "I can't see a time when these won't be on my daily to do list". I will continue taking 2 capsules as I feel it's worth it, although I can't say that 1 capsule wouldn't have had the same affect. I purchased these when they were on by 2 get 1 Free offer and that made it a bargain - I wish I'd had 6 packs now! I also take Seven Seas Complete Multivitamins for Women 50+ I consider this combination works for me. I eat a Plant Based Diet, but not strict Vegan as I like an egg and butter occasionally. So all in all I'm really pleased I've gone onto these as I think they far exceed the benefits of Cod Liver Oil which hasn't done me any good what so ever in recent years - or not that I can tell, not sure about any hidden goodness. I do have great skin though for my age, no wrinkles and a good complexion. I'd recommend anyone to give them a good for a couple of months, you never know! All the best.
