I'm using the to keep my TSH under control. I haven't used this specific brand long enough to say if it works or not. I will report back when I get my next labs. I also take L-carnitine and will be taking bugleweed soon to treat the Graves Disease. I'm taking a multi level approach.In the past I used L-carnitine and it helped improve my TSH within 2 months after being on PTU for at least 6 months with almost no changes to the TSH.
