Good umbrella
Received in two packages, which only one package is tracked, so a little confusing given they arrived on two different days. Overall, total package arrived in 3 days. Easy to assemble, just follow the instructions and be patient. You can assemble in about 1 to 2 hours. Overall build quality is good. Very pleased with my purchase!

No crank, you need arms of steel to raise it and lower it
Directions are very difficult to follow. There’s no crank you have to push it up. So if you’re older and have minimal strength, it would be very difficult to get this umbrella to go up. I even struggle with getting it to pull down. I would not recommend this product
