These chairs have a counter-intuitive folding mechanism so you really have to get the hang of it (watch YouTube videos). But it must be a great design because the chairs are super stable -- they're just as solid as non-folding chairs -- really better than a lot of dining chairs I've sat on. They're also made of quality wood and really beautifully manufactured. It's a much more classy touch than steel folding chairs but not flimsy like a lot of wooden folding chairs.

I am very happy with this purchase. These are heavy, sturdy and very nice quality. They look great too. Nice design. The chair padding is very comfortable as well. I would definitely buy these again. They are a little hard to close up, just takes some strength, but I actually prefer these to my kitchen chairs, so I rarely put them away. They do fold up neatly and fit right in the closet when needed.

These chairs are rated for 300 lbs. I'm not convinced of that. They are nice and sturdy and feel solid. 300 lbs is pretty heavy and we won't push that weight or come close to it. A significant improvement over the metal folding chairs we had. We purchased them as additional dining room chairs for holidays. They will work fine for that as well as chairs to play cards. The finish is suppose to be oak. It kind of is. The wood I'm guessing is rubber wood but that's not indicated anywhere. Just stating our observations. Over all I would recommend these chairs for what they are, a nicer chair that will hold up to years of use.

I love them except for the fact that I can't unfold them and neither can my husband despite following the directions. Luckily my son can so he gets to open them when needed.

Not large but didn’t want large. Quite comfy with the cushion seat. Can fold and put away and they hold up well to tweens clumsiness. Had four for two years and when I purchased the extra two we couldn’t tell which ones were the old and which were new. They hold up well.

These chairs are very well-made . i am surprised how reasonable the price was. i will say the are heavier that most folding chairs. The cushions are well-made and the wood is beautiful.

I am very happy with these chairs. We had worn down dining chairs that needed to be replaced. We also plan to move in the next couple years and don’t want to invest in a new set right now. Hence, we bought these foldable chairs. We’re temporarily using them as our main dining chairs. Then when we move and buy a dining set that fits our new place, we can fold and store these for guests. I love them. They feel sturdy and look great. They do not look or feel cheap. They don’t look like folding chairs. I would definitely recommend.

These chairs seem fine. I chose them over some others because the written description said: Country of Origin - USA. The chairs themselves say Made in Vietnam. I have long since given up on insisting on Made in USA - you would go naked - but I will favor American workers if I can. It is distressing to have them falsely advertised as such.

Endlich Klappstühle, die man seinen Gästen auch anbieten mag. Super stabil, praktisch zusammen geklappt und eine Sitzhöhe wir auch bei normalen Esszimmer-Stühlen. Etwas schwer, was aber bei Eiche als Material nicht verwundern sollte.

I needed some chairs to replace the original ones that over the years simply fell apart/warped. I wanted something that I could also store without taking up too much room. These chairs worked well and generally were of acceptable quality. There was only one chair that had a bit of a "visual defect" but it might be just due to the wood. Structually they are fine.

Ich suchte für die kleine Küche mit Wandklapptisch Klappstühle in Eiche. Diese sind ideal. Der Klappmechanismus mag das erste Mal etwas überraschend sein, aber es ist einfach, wenn man weiß, wie es geht. Unten auf dem Stuhl ist ein Bild der Anwendung. Mich überzeugt besonders die Stabilität. Nichts wackelt. Auch für schwerere Leute geeignet. Schade nur, dass die Stühle um die Welt gehen mussten, bevor sie bei mir waren - gefertigt in Vietnam, versendet aus den USA über UK nach Deutschland. Dafür ging es schneller als angekündigt.
