I just got this bed so it is too soon to comment on the pain relief as my back is still adjusting and that takes time. But I will say it is a fantastic value for the money. It looks amazing and is very high-quality. I have it on an 18 inch tall metal frame. It is a bit tall and I have to climb into it with a footstool ha ha but it feels very, very comfortable. I will say that it is quite firm after it is fully inflated at first the bed feels kind of squishy after it is unpacked, but about 24 to 48 hours later, it reaches its full firmness. It is far firmer than any other mattress in a box that I have purchased. It does have an inner spring and a pillow top. It does not squeak or make any noise when you get into it. It’s pretty easy to get out of. In fact I go slow slowly because the edge is kind of a little on the springy side at the very edge and I don’t want to be launched into the air lol I really think this mattress is a fantastic value for the money and highly functional and great quality. I definitely recommend it. I do think you need to allow yourself time to adjust your back to the new level of support if you are not used to a firm mattress I have been sleeping on a crappy mattress for a long time and it is taking me some time to adjust, but it has only been a short period so I know it will take a little time. I was told 30 days.

I've been wanting a new mattress so bad as my old one was a cheap 11 year old full size that was slowly turning into sad shape. I got the black 14 inch queen size mattress and I'm soooo glad I took the risk! This is the first queen size I've ever had and it has so much more room than my full size mattress. I can comfortably roll around and not feel like I'm close to dangling off the sides. I was skeptical ordering one online since I didn't get to lay on it or feel how it is. My old mattress was pretty soft and cushiony so I was kind of nervous as this one is medium firm. I don't personally like mine being hard as a rock because I wake up feeling sore. When I opened it and laid on it I did notice it was more firm than my old one so I was scared I wasn't going to be comfortable. I gave it a chance though and I can now say after sleeping on it for a couple nights it doesn't leave me sore or with any back pain. If you want something in-between soft and firm in my opinion this is a good choice. It's not as hard as a rock but you also have some support and don't sink into the bed. Setting up this mattress was easy peasy. It was rolled up in an air tight bag and you are provided a little plastic tool with a blade cut it open. It does spring out quickly once you cut the air tight bag so make sure it's facing the correct way (The spiraled part is what's going to unravel). Make sure no people are in the way of the mattress when opening to avoid injury and make sure there's nothing around that can be knocked over by it. It says it needs a few days to fully inflate but I'd say it's nearly there once you open it. I break the rules and start sleeping on it the first night I got it and don't believe it affected the mattress expansion in any way. Some mattresses when you open have pretty bad or chemical like smells. This one didn't but I do recommend keeping a window open just in case. I was able to shut mine after opening it because there was literally no smell on mine.

Very happy with this mattress. I replaced an aging mattress so this was a welcome replacement. It's been a year and it is still holding up so for the money it was a good purchase.

I absolutely love this mattress. I was going to return it and keep my old mattress for money reasons. However I am so very glad I decided to keep it. It did not take long to inflate and by night I was able to sleep on it. It's soft, not a real firm mattress and so incredibly comfy. I've slept on it for month now and always look forward to jumping into bed. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive but restful mattress.

Not as soft as I’d hoped. It’s ok but not much better than a spring mattress. No pillow top feeling. Edges are supportive, but I like a soft plushy mattress and this is just too firm. Better than most hotel mattresses, but not by much. I’m ordering a mattress topper for it to hopefully make it a little softer. Slept on it a week now and still have hip pain
