I have been using this machine for 3 months now, works great. I get some occasional resistance from when i remove the tub after the spin, but it seems like a common issue and nothing to worry about. Its worth having this machine if your trying to hit your protein target and/or if you have an insatiable sweet tooth you would like to control.

Best product as described

I bought this Ninja Creamy less than two months ago, excited by all the recommendations, but it has been a huge disappointment. During one of the first uses, the machine emitted a strong burning smell, and upon inspection, I found the blade was completely burned. I decided to give it another chance and purchased a replacement blade, but when I tried to use it again, the same issue occurred: a burning smell, and the machine completely stopped working. Now it doesn’t even turn on. The worst part is that when I tried to seek help, Amazon told me to contact the seller or the brand directly. However, it has been impossible to find any way to reach them. There’s no clear information or accessible support, leaving me feeling completely abandoned as a customer. A product this expensive should have better quality and customer service to match. I’m extremely upset and frustrated. I do not recommend this product at all—neither for its performance nor for the complete lack of support if something goes wrong.

I was just about to send it back because I thought it was useless, when i googled 'why is my ice cream powdery?" and realized it is because my freezer is really cold and i had to churn the tub twice. Have been really enjoying creating new wholesome flavours with no preservatives and all the nutrition for a fun cold summer snack! I also had ordered tubs when I ordered the machine as I didn't realize it comes with them, and created a return label. They were so nice to refund me without taking them back! Highly recommed

I bought the Ninja CREAMi mainly to make healthier ice cream at home, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The instructions were very easy to follow and after the first batch I was already experimenting with different recipes. My go to mix has been protein powder with Greek yogurt and skimmed milk, and somehow it turns into an incredibly creamy ice cream that tastes far more indulgent than it actually is. It’s really easy to use too. You fill the tubs with your mixture and freeze them for 24 hours before using the machine. I quickly realised it works best if you keep a few tubs prepared in the freezer so you always have one ready to go. Once frozen, you just select the Light Ice Cream setting and let it do its thing. I still have no idea how it manages to make such smooth ice cream from what starts as a solid frozen block, but the texture is impressive. When you fill your ingredients to the top of the filling level it makes enough ice cream for 2 people and it’s a decent sized serving too. I’ve already tried loads of combinations including lemon meringue, chocolate and even one made mainly with cottage cheese, which surprisingly worked very well. The mix in function is great too for adding things like chocolate chips or raisins after blending. I made a rum and raisin version and it kept the raisins whole rather than destroying them, although I did notice some ingredients did not always mix fully to the bottom of the tub. It is quite noisy while running, so don’t expect a quiet appliance, but you do get used to it and the results make up for it. Cleaning is also nice and easy because the parts just need a quick rinse in warm water. I have not used the milkshake, sorbet or smoothie bowl functions much yet because I bought this specifically for low fat, lower calorie ice cream, and for that it’s been superb. If you enjoy experimenting with healthier desserts or high protein recipes, this is an excellent machine and one I now use far more often than I expected.

Literally, magic. All the reviews, YouTube videos, things you're reading.... I was sceptical... its all true. This thing makes ice cream better than what you can buy in the store... its so fresh, its so tasty, its literally from another dimension. I made honey ice cream, vanilla ice cream, choc chip ice cream... even chopped up a snickers and 'mixed it in' to a choc peanut ice cream... its incredible you can make anything you can think of into ice cream... Threw a banana, cream, milk, xylitol into a cup, froze it, BAM ice cream. did the same with strawberries... was amazing there is no end to what you can make with it.

The machine distributes mix-ins surprisingly evenly without over-processing them. A few things prospective buyers should know: the containers need to be frozen for approximately 24 hours before processing, so some planning ahead is required. The machine is also somewhat loud while running, although the processing cycle is relatively short and the results make it worthwhile. Cleaning has been simple so far. The removable components are easy to wash, and I haven’t experienced any issues with residue buildup or lingering odors. Overall, this has exceeded my expectations. If you enjoy frozen desserts and like experimenting with recipes, the Ninja CREAMi offers excellent versatility and consistently delivers high-quality results. It has saved me numerous trips to the ice cream shop and has become a fun way to create customized treats for family and friends.
