It was difficult to make it comfortable across my back as I'm smaller than the harness and there was no real way to adjust it. My costume belt just happened to have the same size snaps and I was able to attach it in the back. I was also unable to adjust the size of where the guns go and in the end, I liked the sleekness of the absence of the guns. But to be honest it didn't seem like the angle would have been conducive to real guns.
