This is amazing way to keep your pond functioning without a huge electric bill. It does work best on sunny days since it is solar and on cloudy days sometimes it doesn’t. But I love having something simple to set up and cost efficient. I purchased this in May then I decided to purchase the waterfall solar pump also. Because I have a large pond with a small pond and stream in the middle. The waterfall pump has been awesome. I was surprised it could pull the water from my big pond up the slope to the small one. I did have an issue with this pump. It stopped working after about a month but the company sent me a new one and I installed it this morning and it’s working. For me this is truly an easier way to run a pond.

I was sent a used item with dirt and mud still in it. Very unhappy with this experience. I am returning to see if I can get a NEW one and hopefully I can update my review to a more pleasant one.

What stood out to me is how well it holds a charge. After a good amount of sunlight, it continues running for the rest of the day without any issues, even when the sun dips behind clouds for a bit. Overall, it is a solid choice if you want a low maintenance, energy efficient way to keep your pond clean and add a nice visual touch. Just make sure you have a good sunny spot and it will do exactly what you need.
