I wake up and enjoy it the next morning.Mulberry & Chia is one of my favorite flavors - they really have the texture down pat - compared to a hot instant oatmeal, the mouthfeel is night and day - seeds and fruits and berries make eating much more interesting than a single consistency - and I like it that it's the right amount of sweet - not too much or too little, with no sugar added.
