Beware of split handle.
The black rubber handle was split so had to return the item

Works well
I can't use this myself as I have a knackered back, in fact that's why I bought it as it seemed like it would be a better option than the old fork to encourage my son to stir my compost for me! We have the compost in a big barrel with lots of holes drilled in and one of those dalek composters. For these this stirrer works wonderfully, just turn in and lift a few times and the compost is mixed!
