I bought my first tube of this shampoo from my hair dresser. She recommended it when I went in and described that my hair was falling in what seemed like handfuls. I have waist length hair so at first I thought it just seemed like a lot because of the length, and then I realized my pony tail was less than half its previous thickness. The anxiety over losing so much hair was real!! On my hairdresser's advice, I apply this to my hair after I have shampooed once.and I leave it in at least 5 minutes.every time. Even with long hair, a quarter size dollop is enough. After the second use, I noticed a difference in the amount of hair falling. Now at the end on my first tube and three months, not only has the falling all but stopped, but I also see new hair growth and my hair thickening again. This product is worth the price! Update: After 18 months with this product, I can honestly say that I can tell a difference in hair fall any time I have gone more than four days without use.
