Not saying it’s a miracle worker, but I feel like it’s doing something.The ingredient list is clean, which my wife loves (she’s super picky on that stuff). The texture is very mushy to the point I'm not sure how the gummy keeps its shape, but it does. For me personally, the texture makes me shiver. However, I love that it has elderberry and sea moss in it, so I'm willing to endure it. I prefer the gummy form to liquids or capsules because I find it more convenient to take on my way out the door. The taste is something akin to grape in my opinion. The gummies do stick together on the the second half of the bottle, unfortunately, so I swish them around with a butter knife to keep them separate. Overall, I would recommend these gummies to others with a gentle warning about the texture.

I have tried a bunch of seamoss gummies on Amazon and all of them have a “green” flavor, not sure how else to put it.
