I like that this encourages me to drink more water daily. That alone helps curb appetite. It was fresh when I opened the container. It mixed into my water very well. I used a measuring teaspoon and a small funnel to pour it in my bottled water. I really loved the fruity taste it had. It effectively prevented bloating discomfort as well as the desire to snack or overeat a meal. I do find the price to be a little bit much for just a 10 day supply, but it is worth trying to see the benefits.
