Growing slow and steady.
The plants arrived looking healthy and are surviving well. Not fast growth, but that is not expected with this type of plant. Do not over water.

Followed directions to the letter but pineapple plants didn't thrive and died
Bought a pair of sugarloaf pineapple plants (not cheap!), followed the instructions for repotting, kept them watered and in partial Florida sun. After three months, they were the same size as when they were repotted, and then they slowly withered around month four. E-mailed wellspring for suggestions, but they never responded. I had good luck with their banana plants in the past, but evidently I'm a pineapple black thumb.

Expert Packing
This flew from the complete opposite side of the country, so I fully expected that it would arrive in sad condition. It did not, I'm pleased to report! It was a little yellowed from living in a box for a few days, but it was lovingly packed in a pot which was bagged, so the soil was even still wet. It has very little damage from shipping and I expect it will bounce back beautifully. I didn't even trim it before or after repotting.It was much larger than I anticipated, it looks like a very fine specimen with months of care before being repotted.This sweetheart will be wintering indoors with us, but will be spending afternoons in the sun outside until the daylight hours get cooler.Very happy with the care taken in cultivation and packing, which is all we really should ask of these nurseries. So absolutely lovely job. Highly recommend this grower.

Beautiful quality. Tall and healthy. The heat outside was 108’ in Texas. So this company did a wonderful job !!! Will definitely recommend and purchase another
