Update: Still have not received a filter. I contacted their support and they said they were out of stock, and to wait another week. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional service. A basic thing like a filter will have to be changed throughout the life of the product, and they are refusing to sell it. To get a replacement filter, one has to email them and wait weeks, and follow up, and still one doesn’t get any filter. So after the first filter gets clogged, the product becomes useless. Not even had it three months. Unacceptable customer service. Avoid this at all costs! Update: it has been over 2 weeks since i requested Bissell for the new filter, and no word from them. Cannot buy it from anywhere else either. This is the worst possible experience, since in less than 3 months i am not able to use it, and the company itself is not providing a basic filter replacement in time. What a waste of money. I advise to avoid such products, and only purchase from a company from whom you can purchase spare parts without such bureaucracy. My first purchase arrived with an open box. I replaced it. The second has stopped working within less than 3 months. The filter seems to be clogged, but nowhere to buy a replacement filter. The customer service does not pick up. So the vacuum is not useful anymore. What a waste. Edit: finally got through to customer service. They do not let you buy a filter. Because it is under warranty you have to email them your invoice, they take approval, and after that send you a filter. I told them that it seems like this will take too long and that i am willing to pay just to receive the filter immediately. They refused and said it is their “process”. So tomorrow if they decide not to send you a filter, then no where to purchase it from. The mop is nice. But they have guaranteed that i will never purchase any product from them again.

Great product! Cleans up floors easily, leaves no streaks. Picks up hair and other small particles with no fuss. Everything made sense except cleaning solution. Cleaning solution is close to 1/3rd of product’s price, which can easily kill this product in market. Guess it’s partially because of our taxes. Also wish it had larger tanks. From 100% to 50% battery, it can fill up dirty water tank. But that would make it difficult to handle. It’s on the heavier side, a lot of moving around in go can tire you up a little. Forget about cleaning stairs unless you plan to skip gym and do this instead of weight training. My first vacuum mop, so can’t compare it with anything else.

We are using Bissell Crosswave OmniForce Edge Pro for last three months and it is just wonderful do the cleaning very good, build quality is very good, using and cleaning the machine is very easy, self cleaning function is very effective, Battery life is enough to clean the entire house, it is good value for money we spent on the machine

This is my 2nd handheld wet n dry mop, first one from Midea. The product build quality is good. Simple and easy to operate with minimal yet sufficient buttons for a perfect clean. The only difference beween omniforce and edge is no border on one side of the mop. I dont find it that great an option for the additional 2k you pay. Paid 16.1k during the sale, which still is 6k more than the midea i got last year ( during Apr / May the price even went down to 8-8.5k) Cleaning quality is excellent. Very good battery life. Been using it for 30-35 mins each day. Self cleaning does a good job. Use a natural, mild cleaner along with RO water, to extend the life of the roller. This does not have a traction technology for the price, elders might find it a bit heavy, midea has that. Overall if you dont need a display midea still does the same job 60% of the price. Does not offer great value for the price. No where you get to find the details of the motor and sucktion power., though it is quite strong. Overall a good product and i would say a must have for a spotless clean home..

This wet and dry vacuum cleaner is a fantastic all-around cleaning tool. It delivers strong suction, handles both dust and liquid spills with ease, and feels durable enough for everyday use. The tank is easy to empty, the attachments are handy, and switching modes is simple. Though a bit bulky, its power and convenience more than make up for it.

Do Not Buy: An Expensive Mistake (6-Month Review) I am writing this after using the Bissell CrossWave OmniForce Edge for 6 months. To put it simply: save your money. It is extremely expensive for a product that is practically useless for daily cleaning. The Major Dealbreakers: Terrible Ergonomics: It is too bulky to fit under beds or sofas. It is also incredibly heavy because the water tanks are at the bottom—you are essentially swinging 2 liters of water back and forth, which is exhausting. Poor Battery Life: On Turbo mode (which you need for real cleaning), the battery dies in less than 10 minutes. Tiny Water Tank: The dirty water tank is way too small. I have to stop and empty it multiple times just to clean a simple 2BHK apartment. Hidden Costs: The maintenance is expensive. You constantly have to buy their specific detergent, new roller brushes, and air filters. Service Nightmares: Getting support is a struggle. They demand that you record videos to "prove" the issue cannot be fixed by troubleshooting before they will even agree to a pickup/service. The Verdict: This machine defeats its own purpose. You buy a vacuum to avoid touching dirt, but you end up having to clean the dirty container, the gross roller brush, and the filter by hand every time. Unless you only need to clean one tiny spill once a month, this is of no use.

Excellent service from Bissel. My product stopped working after use of 1 month but company replaced it with new one. Easy to use and easy to clean and it cleans nicely.
