Performs beautifully.
With the purchase of a new printer (BambuLabs X1Carbon) I have been going through my stock of filament at a rapid rate. Fortunately for me a sale day popped up and had a range of eSun filaments at reduced prices. eSun PETG is one of my favourites so I thought I would try PLA+ for the first time.First things first - it comes very securely packaged in a proper cardboard box, within which the roll is in a thick vacuum sealed plastic bag complete with dissicant. You also get a nicely printed booklet showing the range of filaments and the associated temperatures for optimal performance, which is a nice touch. Quite often the manufacturer just leaves you to do some trial and error. As an aside to anyone considering the X1 or X1Carbon or already owns it - this filament fits into the AMS unit perfectly without fouling the lid or running off-center. The only thing missing is an NFC chip so the unit recognises it automatically! It's pretty forgiving stuff, I used the default settings for PLA which were actually a little low on the temperature side, but it printed quite happily without getting grumpy and causing me any problems. I did up the temperature to the suggested settings after the initial print and it has continued to print well. I have had no issues at all with adhesion on the Bambu flex plate with any filament, this filament included. From my experience, the way this prints I don't imagine anyone else would have any issues either. This filament is definitely worth 5 stars in my opinion, the fact it was on sale and cost less than unbranded mystery filament usually does was the icing on the cake and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Great basic fillament
For the price, this is a great fillament, easy to thread and get started with. I had some adhesion issues to begin with and found it did not deal well with higher temperatures. I found the best temperature range for this is 200–205 for the nozzle and 60–65 for the plate, as anything higher will just cause problems with the print and adhesion issues. Once printed, it is completely opaque and very sturdy. It does dry rather fast, which is great for faster printers; however, the spool itself also dries out fast, so if it is left overnight with no print, there is a chance the threaded fillament may break and you will have to rethread it. Otherwise, a great product.

My go to filament!
eSUN PLA+ has been my go to filament for a long time now. I have not had a single role with an issue, the prints have always come out fantastic, I have never had any tangling or broken rolls etc. It has been nothing but smooth sailing.I have used all manner of colours of PLA+ and I have used PETG and TPU from eSUN. All of them with superb quality and performance.I will continue to use eSUN filament in all my printers.

Good quality
Overall, I found it to be a good quality material. The white color of the filament was especially nice and produced clean and crisp prints. However, I did experience a few issues with the filament. At times, the material would get stuck, and I had trouble getting the roll to spin properly. This was frustrating and caused delays in my printing process.Additionally, I noticed that the color of the filament changed when it became too hot, resulting in a brownish color appearing. This was a bit disappointing, as it affected the overall appearance of my prints.Despite these issues, I still believe that the PLA+ Filament 1.75mm is a good option for those looking for a reliable and affordable filament. The white color is particularly impressive, and the material produces clean prints when it is working correctly. However, it is important to keep in mind the potential issues with the material getting stuck and the color changing when it becomes too hot.

So so
The plastic is not bad, it leaves a little fine cobwebs, it prints and holds the layer well, but there is one problem, it is poorly wound on the drum, it gets tangled, which can cause the printing to be interrupted. layers of filament unwind and the rod twists.

Easy to print, tough parts
This is my favorite general purpose filament. It prints easily and well. The resulting parts are surprisingly tough. I have used it in a variety of printers including Prusa and Bambu for years now. Note that this now comes on cardboard spools, and require adapter rings to use in the Bambu AMS. The one problem I have had with this filament is that if it is left under stress between prints for a day, it tends to break into pieces. This seems to depend very much on the local humidity. I see this problem in Seattle but not Toronto. I've learned to manage it by keeping the bend radius high on my feeder tubes.

Zacne
