lets the music flow
This cable feels solid and built to last. The 8mm thickness gives it a heavy-duty feel without being too stiff, and the right-angle plug is especially handy for guitars since it keeps the connection low-profile and out of the way. Sound quality is clean with no noticeable noise or hum, and itโs proven reliable through practices and gigs. The strain reliefs and overall construction inspire confidence that it can handle regular use without fraying or cutting out. A dependable, well-made cable that does exactly what you want it toโstrong, clear, and ready for long-term use.

Great for the price!
Pretty much silent. Lots of cheap cables will cause a lot of hum when not playing but these are significantly quieter and sound incredibly clean. They look really sleek too, and are nice and durable. Theyโre super flexible, and I can bend them any way and theyโll be fine.

Thick, heavy-duty cable
Initial use, these cables work fine. They are definitely thicker and sturdier than the "regular" cables I've used for years. Lately I have been buying "cheap" cords because I just play in my house, but I find that they tend to "go bad" pretty quickly for the amount of time that I actually use them. These cables, while thick, flex nicely and seem like they would last quite some time. I cannot speak to how long the jacks will last, but they are wrapped up nicely in thick plastic covering. The only downside compared to "reguar" cords is that since that jack is wrapped so nicely, they do go "straight" for longer than regular cables before they flex, so they'll stick out pretty far from your amp or guitar. I was impressed with my first purchase so I bought some more. They're not that much more expensive than the cheap cords and seem to be much better quailty.

Excellent quality and performance
I love these cables, they are robust and resistant, much thicker and thinner than the Ernie Ball ones and at a lower price. The only thing to say is that these in particular advertise that they have white heat shrink but they don't, they are all black as I show them in the photo, but their unmatched quality is maintained. Highly recommended.

Loving Pig Hog cables for many years!
Pig Hog cables are thick, quiet, rugged and priced well below Chinese cables selling under 'more familiar' names. Also, I'm a A-V tech by trade and can say, gold-plated whatever's, and cables claiming 'HQ' are a waste of money. In addition, there's obviously a plating issue with gold, which also includes electric guitar hardware. In doubt? Buy a Pig Hog cable, and the more expensive 'Brand Name' HQ cable. Do a 'side-by-side' comparison, and then repack the HQ cable up for Amazon returns. Still not sure? Google wire 'Skin Effect' ...."AC tends to flow near the surface of a conductor rather than through its entire cross-section, which increases the effective resistance of the wire. This effect becomes more pronounced at higher frequencies, leading to greater losses in power transmission." So 'thicker' is better, and don't forget, "audio output is considered AC voltage because it represents sound waves that alternate in direction and magnitude."

a higher standard for cables
I purchased the 10' cable without much thought or research. It seemed priced well and decent quality so i just ordered it and didnt think much else about it. Well let me tell you there is no need to research to see if this cable is high quality or high value... it is. I recently started playing guitar again and needed a new cable for a practice amp, but have always used the fender braided cables or similar. this cable is rediculously flexible, quality constructed and sounds as good as anything i have ever tried. it has heft but not too heavy, so it feels like it could last a long while and withstand being stepped on, kicked around etc.
