These are not too sugary & sweet but also doesn't have that bitter salty taste so they actually taste pretty good. Easy to use, just open the pack & pour it into a bottle of water..then put the lid on and give it a shake..drink & enjoy. Dissolves quickly and completely so no little clumps of any kind left behind in the water. These have worked great to keep my husband hydrated throughout his work day. I have chronic low blood pressures so I have to intake at least 2,000 mg of salt daily. This is wonderful value for the price! I think this tastes better that their competitors that have the same sodium content. but I do wish that the flavors were more fresh and less salty. All that being said- it’s significantly less salty that LMNT and the flavors are better. The low sugar content is amazing! Love the ingredients! A really great cost effective electrolyte packet!
