Under Desk Bike Pedal Exerciser - Magnetic Mini Exercise Bike, Desk Pedal Bike for Home/Office Workout

I am really pleased with this once I figured out a single app that would work with it. It will slide a bit on a vinyl plank floor like you find in modern apartments, so you'll need to put a stop in front of it or put it on a carpet. The action is very smooth and the unit is very quiet. I honestly did not have such great expectations for an under desk trainer. I am a woman in her mid-60s with chondromalacia grade 3 in her knees, who wants to stimulate synovial fluid to help very gradual cartilage healing. I used to ride a bike outside a lot and still do with electric assist. I'm average weight. So the unit will not connect directly with Bluetooth on my Android phone. Nor did it connect with Kinomap nor did it connect with Zwift. It tried to connect, the device was seen, but it would not close the loop (with no error message given). So finally I tried TrainerDay (white letter T and D against a black square background in the Google Play store). That worked great. Having never used a trainer app before I needed to set something called FTP in the settings, which I figured out was 240 for me. It's a measure of your exertion in watts at peak capacity. Once you do that, you can use any of the 20 built in workouts for free. I use my trainer set at level 4 on the dial; again my goal is knee conditioning, not maximum cardio. Now, with this app I will be able to combine knee recovery with some HIIT. When you end a workout by pressing the stop button (virtually on your phone) it will save it in your history. If you pick a workout profile with peaks and valleys for HIIT, you will either need to pick up your pedaling pace which is what I do, or lean down and bump up the resistance. This unit is not smart enough to be controlled from the app. But it does seem to report Watts accurately, as well as RPM and time cycling, and that is what matters. I'm not using any distance metrics nor do I think I can. But it does measure my power over time, and that is all I need for a really good workout.

Assembly was a breeze. Yosuda provided good tools, user manual and all the parts necessary to successfully put the mini bike together and use it effectively. All of its features work as advertised. I like the smooth pedaling system most of all. I have not paired it with my iphone yet. Overall, I am very impressed with Yosuda.

Great product. Convenient. I enjoy exercising with it. I would like to get one for under my desk at work. Saving for it.

Well packaged and all the parts was included. Super easy to put together. Very quiet action and smooth.

Super little "bike". Good cycling motion, tension adj.. easy assembly. Takes up little room.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. My brother bought this model and recommended it. There are apps so you can bike with friends and travel the world on a screen while biking. Awesome for workout, PT and entertainment.
