Worked great in Italy & Greece (with an adapter.) Have had problems with other irons overheating even with adapters, but not these. Screen is easily readable. You can change the temperature to suit your hair. Screen locks while you are using it, and is easy to swipe to get back to the controls. Cord is also very durable.

Okay so I'm spoiled by my previous ones. This one is okay but not terrific. I have curly extremely thick and long out of control hair and with some it can take forever to get it to straighten and stay straight. This one has good heat and heats up quickly, also several different settings for the heat that definatly helped keep the rating on it higher. I do wish it would close tighter it seems kinda loose near ends like doesnt quite close right though it is closed as far as it goes. Also It is probably a person preferanc but I dont like the narrow 1 inch plates on it. Used to larger ones. And to get it done right I have to separate my hair into alot more sections then I'm used to. It only takes a few passes through each section so that's okay, with my hair it can take from 2 to 12 passes through each tiny section and with most machines letting it cool then going back and doing it a second a third and even a fourth time, to get it straight and have it stay that way for longer then 1 or 2 hours. This one only took 2 maybe three separate times completely through it and maybe 3-5 passes through each section each time, so it does do fairly well but again not great. Also I wish it would stay straight a while longer then it does but at least it only starts to curl so it only gets to the equivalent of wavy not curly frizzy or out of control like it would with out straightening. All in all an okay or decent machine Just a tad small for me.

I’d like to start by saying that it usually takes a long time straightening my hair. With these flat irons I was done in half the time and with salon quality work. They got hot quick and nothing malfunctioned. An amazing item I’d highly recommend especially for the price.

It heats up great, good temperature. But it shuts off very quickly within 2 minutes. The screen is very hard to see and not easy to work. The cord is very bulky and heavy. Over all it’s okay not really happy with the product. Takes several passes to get my hair straight and then it’s more damaged and not very smooth. Disappointed.

I love this product. I e had this for over a year and still works great. I’ve dropped it a couple of times and has yet to stop working or break. Heats up quickly leaves your hair with a shine
