Works perfectly
This is much better than the one my clippers came with. Original one would catch skin and get a bit warm, this one has a little bit of a curve but still cuts the same, and I haven't had it snag my skin once. Barely even warms up and I use it to cut both face and head at same time. Can't say to durability yet, had original for 6 years before wore out.

Replaced original blade on Andis Excel 22315 2-Speed clipper
Direct replacement for the original steel blade. It is sharp and seems to run cooler. Interestingly, hair bits seem to stick to the ceramic blade more, but it might just be that it appears that way since the blade is white.

Perfect ForUse With Plastic Blade Guards
This is a replacement blade to use with the plastic guard set. My original has been used so much that some of the edges have worn down over the last 20+ years. I use my clipper to groom my mini schnauzers every 6 - 8 weeks. I'm very satisfied with how well it clips as well as how long it lasts. I highly recommend.

Does not get hot like steel blade sets
I've been using the Ceramic Edge blades for a while (I've got a set of 7 different blades, from #000 to #3) for cutting my family's hair, and the first thing I noticed is that the blades run cooler that the steel sets I've used in the past. I can't comment on how long they remain sharp as my usage is not nearly that of a professional, but I've not had to replace a blade for dullness at all (been cutting with these on an Andis BGRC clipper for the last 6 years)
