It is easy to put on your head. It feels very comfortable. It is light weight. I was so hopeful. BUT, as soon as I started swimming on my back, I could hear the water coming in on the sides. Water was entering one of my ears. So I adjusted the cap. Maybe I had it pulled too far to one side. Then the water started getting into my opposite ear. I got out of the pool and changed into another cap.. I realized then that my hair was also wet.
