**Q: Can I use this to bread chicken?**
A: Great question, I have dabbled with breading chicken and pork, and even tofu.  There is a great Korean Market Fried Chicken recipe from Maangchi using kinako powder:  https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/sijang-tongdak. 
I also used just the kinako powder as breading, and it works just like flour.  Make sure you put in a bit of salt or savory seasoning, otherwise it will taste too sweet.  Hope this helps.

**Q: How long you can keep after opening?  Should I put it in the fridge?**
A: I've had it as long as 6 months in an airtight jar in the fridge. It seemed perfect. It may even last longer
