49years old, peri-menopausal, anxiety and stress levels causing me to wake in the night and feel crazy during the day. Taking 2 of these vitamins a day with a cbd capsule before bed and I have definitely noticed the difference. Feeling calmer, more focused, sleeping through the night. Been taking for about 3 weeks. Compared these to the general womens' vitamins of another brand I was taking and apart from being higher doseage of certain vitamins to combat peri-menopausal deficiencies, they have additional ingredients like ashwagandha root extract and magnesium. They were recommended to me by my sister-in-law and glad she did. They also have a great app supporting you through peri-menopause and menopause, based upon scientific research, referencing the relevant science papers to validate their statements.

I never write reviews but I feel I need to. I am nearly 41 and something had changed in me in the last 6 months. Mostly feelings of anxiety and waking in the middle of the night worrying about anything and everything. I’ve always been someone who believed in myself and didn’t worry about others but I’ve been comparing myself a lot which is just a horrible feeling. I was taking all the supplements in the world but nothing changed. I have now started taking these perimenopause supplements and feel like more of myself and the feelings of being paranoid are so much better. I don’t suffer with physical perimenopause symptoms so can’t comment on that but more of the mood issues. Doctors I don’t feel are interested probably because I’m only 41 but these are just brilliant!! And now I don’t need to take loads of separate supplements which don’t seem to work anyway!

I have been using these for around a month, after starting to experience hot fjtsges, night sweats and fatigue as part of perimenopause. They are easy to swallow, and no real taste. I have started to see some improvement in my energy and hot flashes, so will continue.

I really don't want to write this review from a fear of coming across as off my head. I'm am educated woman who knows there's no such thing as an over night fix and a miracle cure. So why is this product being an overnight fix and a miracle cure???? I'm only on day 3. 3 days ago I felt like one of those dried out forgotten sponges that you find shoved to the back of the under sink cupboard. Dry, twisted, menacingly anti-social and generally not fit for purpose. Today? I'm a proper full on fancy pants expensive valet sponge. Last night I had the best sleep I've had in years. No awake-asleep-awake and pacing. I didn't have to use my bed as a handrail to get to my bathroom this morning. Yes - I'm a bit stiff, but nothing like the wizened witch thats been present for the last few years (?) I have proper unwrinkled eyeballs...in that usually my eyes are so dry that it takes multiple eye drops to be able to see the kettle. No eye drops needed this morning. I don't hate the world today. I definitely did yesterday. And the day before/week before/month before that. My head is saying it can't be this product. But my feeling like an almost normal person for the first time in years heart is saying "what if it is?" I'm not going to risk it. I'll keep buying them. You should too.

This vitamins don’t really work for me didn’t feel a difference in my health I tried them for a month then gave up

I started taking these about a month ago and have definitely noticed a difference in the symptoms I was experiencing. Would reccomend.

I'm not in perimenopause but I had lots of symptoms of it that were making me miserable. Tests have shown nothing! I take a daily multivitamin but still got mood swings, feeling lethargic, waking up in the night, cold sweats, hair loss, dry skin, restless legs etc. Within 2 weeks of taking these, most of symptoms had gone or improved. Hadn't been waking up, moods were so much better, reduced hair loss and no restless legs. Finally felt more energetic. I initially started taking 2 a day as recommended but went down to 1 and had the same results. Then I ran out, when I tell you that within 1 day all my horrible symptoms came back! I have literally ordered more and got them on subscription as I cannot be without them. I don't know what they do but they have changed my life. Everyone has noticed a difference in me. For £20 it's worth it, I don't even dare try different ones in case they're not as good.

I love these vitamins and am about to order my 2nd bottle. I just turned 42 and had started noticing hot flashes big time in the morning. After 2 weeks in they are gone. I also started exercising regularly and have felt much more energized and happy. My mood has been stable and positive compared to before when I think I was vitamin deficient. I pair this with D3 and Omegas. I also started a women’s multi as well. I love feeling healthy and like I’m doing something good for my body and mind each day.

Ich habe lange überlegt welches Produkt für mich am besten ist und dementsprechend einige verglichen und letzendlich bin ich bei dem hier gelandet. I am taking this now for a while and I feel amazing. My cycle is regular ad can be for my age. no more bad mood swings, no more bad cramps. UI really recommend.

I've been taking this supplement for a few months now and it absolutely does wonders and a miracle in my life. Taking these consistently I realized my perimenopause started when I was 37 years. I'm now 45.. I recommend this supplement that are 35 years minimum. I've lost weight from this because what nutrients I was missing this replaced it. So I only eat twice a day. Sleeping all the way at night, hot flashes gone.

This is an amazing product! The first day of using it I slept better than ever. There must be an ingredient in it that I was lacking. No hot flashes either. It maybe suppresses my appetite a little bit but I really don’t notice.
