Affordable and tasty creatine powder in strawberry lemonade flavor. I purchased this for myself and my son (19 yo). We like the benefits you get from adding creatine to your daily routine. He takes it more for adding strength and endurance to his workouts and to help with recovery/muscle building. I take it more for the added energy and cognitive benefits. It mixes well in water, but I do recommend using a shaker bottle or an electric frother/stir to blend well. If you prefer you can add it to a small amount of warm water to blend faster and then add to cold water. Optimum Nutrition is a brand you can trust. I enjoyed this product however for me it’s hard to take everyday for whatever reason, I’m going to switch over to the gummies but for someone who will have no problem with that aspect of it, I would highly recommend the price is good the flavor isn’t bad at all, and it definitely works. It’s more of a me problem

I bought this because I didn't want to do an unflavored creatine, and liked the idea that this also offered the addition of vitamins B, C, D, potassium, magnesium and electrolytes. The strawberry peach smells great... While the taste isn't necessarily bad, (it's almost more tropical fruit than strawberry/peach🤷) but it IS strong. I found that I blow past the recommended 12-16oz of water and water it down even more. I've actually started using 1 scoop of this and one scoop of unflavored creatine to make the flavor a little less intense. It does lose me a little with the aftertaste... If you grew up in the 80s/90s, the aftertaste is giving Crystal Light, which I don't particularly love, but it's to be expected with all workout drinks/supplements that don't use sugar to improve taste

It works just as good as the others I've used. Mixes and dissolves easily with plain water. The taste is great and it does not get lumpy like the others that I've used. This may be due mainly to the desiccant that came in the container. Price is good compared to the others, I'm happy with it.

I bought this for an alternative to plain, unflavored, creatine. I like the idea that I got creatine and it was flavored. The flavor was OK. 1 teaspoon of powder needed at least 8 ounces of water for me to drink it. Otherwise it was too strong of a flavor. I felt like as I got towards the bottom of the package, the flavor was less potent. As far as the actual creatine in it, I question if it’s actually legit. I’ve tried a couple different plain, unflavored creatine’s in the past, and if I consume the full serving at once, I get a major stomach ache however, with this one I do not have any issues so I wonder if it actually has the same amount of creatine as it advertises. Overall, it’s OK as an alternative for flavored creatine. I probably will not buy it again because it’s kind of expensive compared to plain unflavored creatine.

This creatine product has helped my workouts and injury recovery immensely. The latter was a surprise to me. And this flavor tastes great. I highly recommend it.

Great flavour so the typical yucky creatine taste is hidden by the great peach taste. I've been taking creatine off and on for years from raw to more processed and flavoured. This is one of the best. Please understand that your stomach must get used to it and may be a bit upset at first.
