HAPPY ENDINGS COMPLETE (6 BD 50)

Reviewing the actual show seems pointless when there are tons of crummy copies floating around from bootleg sellers so I’ll be reviewing the physical DVD’s.They were coded for the correct region, they were packaged well - they weren’t stacked on top of each other, they weren’t in the flimsy cardboard sleeves, they weren’t scratched, broken, or otherwise marred, they all contained the right number of episodes in the right sequence (some sellers will send you a six disc season with the same 4 episodes on each disc :) ), and they were in the language I ordered. They played through fine with no skipping or sticking. These are well made and honor the amahzing excellence of the show.I am a happy buyer who will purchase from this manufacturer again!

After finally getting to watch it in it's totality I loved it! The characters are believably flawed and can be hard to relate to - but they are fun to watch and work great off each other as a cast. It's one of those rare modern sitcoms that can be silly but still tackle relationship dynamics in an honest way. Happy Endings is definitely a show that I can watch over and over like The Office and Community.My main criticisms were, they dumbed down a Alex and Dave quite a bit throughout the show... It was like they were eating paint chips or something... Ultimately they were the least interesting characters so I didn't care. There's a handful of weak episodes, as to be expected, some of which were out of the sitcom cliche handbook - but they were still watchable for the characters. That being said my partner absolutely called off any further viewings after catching only episode - which I admit was pretty uninspired... Which is a shame because I think we've got a real Brad & Jane chemistry between us! Those two were not only the best thing about the show but also my favorite television (not just sitcom) couple in a long time!

Under-rated and under-appreciated sitcom. Sometimes silly; sometimes clever; always funny. Great ensemble cast. Eliza Coupe's got those crazy eyes and is my favorite! The only negative I have, and it's a small one, is how much time was given to the Penny character in season 3. Of course, she got married to the show's creator and executive producer IRL. Coincidence? Hmmm.

Happy Endings is one of my favorite group comedy shows, the characters are extremely well defined and the writing is so sharp and witty. However, if you're looking at this product you've probably seen it and are looking to own the collection so I'll focus more on the actual product. I was initially concerned when I saw another reviewer said the set was poorly assembled but the package comes in a typical box set format. Each season comes in it's own case with 2 discs per season with the same cardboard sleeve that other box sets come in. I've watched the first two seasons and so far the picture and sound quality have been great. My only disappointment is there is a lack of special features, mostly just outtakes, deleted scenes, and promo material.

This show was quite funny. It’s unfortunate that it ended so soon. I feel like they could have gotten more out of it and it would have been a better show overall. The package arrived in great condition.

This is such a great show - so sad it didn't last longer. It recently came off Netflix and I believe it's on Hulu but I bought the DVD in case it goes away on all streaming platforms! Hopefully my DVD player lasts a while!

It's "Friends" ... but it may be better? You have a sibling relationship, you have a marriage from the start, somebody realizes they're a homosexual during the series, there's actually a person OF COLOR starring on the show, and the laughs are non-stop. I'm still bitter this show was cancelled after only 3 seasons.

This show is still as funny now as it was when it first aired. I will always wish that they would have been able to go 4 seasons (or more). I think the Blu-ray looks good, despite other reviews that I saw saying it was only ok. It was a day 1 purchase for me no question.The price for the Blu-ray set was excellent. It’s even better right now at Frys.com for $20.

Show this show on a local channel & decided to buy the boxset. Picture is great and episodes are good for a chuckle.

It's a shame it was cancelled when so many bad shows get season after season. So funny, great representation, a unique take on the premise, and great acting and characters. Definitely one of my favourite shows I'd recommend to anyone. I think if it came out today it'd have done much better. The third season wasn't released in order so the continuity is difficult at times but that's not this products fault.

Australian Buyer - bought this on a whim to see if it would work and it DID!!!I have a Samsung 4K player which I bought a few years back from JBHIFi so I am pretty sure it's only meant to play Australian Region disks and it has failed with other American DVDs before but THIS ONE WORKS!It came early too. It was meant to Arrive Friday, November 8th and I got it Tuesday, November 5th.Pretty happy that I will be able to watch this show in all its glory again and not just watch the Australian Season1 DVD that they sell here.

Saw this ages ago and loved it but could never find it anywhere in the UK to buy, Saw it on Amazon and wasn't sure it would work as the blu ray says it would only work for region one but the dvd didnt have the same warning but to confirm the dvd plays on my ps5 here in the UK incase anyone was wondering. 10/10 show really funny would recomend to anyone.
