Very soft and comfortable. I'm not sure if I didn't get the right size for myself, but the sleeves are a little tight versus the rest of the shirt. Other than that it's a wonderful shirt and very comfortable. Also FYI the extra large that I bought for my partner was a bit on the longer side. He's 6' and it came down well past the groin area
