Osteo Bi-Flex Advanced Omega-3 Joint Complex Algae Oil Plant-Based Supplement, Improve Joint Function, Strength, Flexibility, Mobility 80 Softgels

I started the Osteo Bi-Flex Advanced Omega -3 Joint Complex Supplement nearly two weeks ago, specifically for some recently developed knee joint discomfort. I must say, I am impressed! I am not completely pain free but there has been a marked improvement with my knee joint aches and pains. My sister-in-law had told me she has been taking Osteo Bi-Flex for awhile and it has really helped her. For this reason, I thought I would give it a try. I am now paying forward and sharing it has been a positive change for me.

Osteo bi-flex should only come in these gel capsules, they slide down so smoothly. They cost too much but still get my five star rating because they are so effective in keeping my joint pain under control whenever l take one at breakfast and another at supper and never skip a dose. They do need consistency to be most effective and especially for the first week or two till they really kick in. I am so glad to have discovered this amazing and effective booster to relieving much of my constant knee pain and occasional back pain. This along with my honey pain mix of a ground turmeric, ground ginger and pure vanilla extract flavoring in my ginger and turmeric green teas every morning, I can now go through most of my whole days without any pain at all!

I remember taking this brand of joint health supplements before so I was pretty confident with the product, and I'm having no negative side effects this time either. I do really like the gelcaps because they glide down a lot easier too. I have pretty severe rheumatoid arthritis and nothing cures a flare up honestly, but I try to take supplements to minimize the pain and stiffness. I was a little surprised at how large the box and the bottle are, considering the quantity. I know it said 80 pills (a 40-day supply), and there were indeed 79 which is close enough, and I counted twice, but I think this is the emptiest bottle of pills I've ever seen LOL. I just had to take a picture before I broke the seal because I thought it was pretty comical. Approximately $1 per day seemed expensive for my situation, so I'd have to see a pretty big improvement before purchasing another bottle, but I have high hopes. I appreciate the opportunity to give these a try, thank you.

The pill does help with joint pain and discomfort in knees, hands and foot.

Easy to swallow. No side effects so far.

I gave a bottle to a friend with major back issues. He says he can tell if he misses taking it on a daily basis. These are easy to swallow and I believe they are making a difference. My ortho suggested these.

Wish I could rave about this Osteo, but I cannot. Pro's-easy to swallow, plant-driven ingredients, and trusted company. Con's-didn't get relief after 2+ months of consistent use, costly, and daily use is needed to see results. I still trust the company overall, but this product didn't deliver for me.
