I only gave it three stars because it didn't look as strong and when I used it, it had very little staying power. Admittedly, I used it on the hottest day of the year (Thursday 25th July) which was also very humid. Fortunately I bought some safety pins with me so that the situation could be remedied. I expect it would be better used on cooler days and in the winter months. I still would not completely rely on it alone and would always have something else handy just in case. It’s not painful to remove or stubborn to wash off.
