A convenient tray keeps your tortillas warm and slides out both directions. The moveable condiment holders keep all of your favorite fajita toppings easily accessible. They can be attached anywhere along the edge of the base. Place them on the sides for eating fajitas for two or place them together along the back edge for fajitas for one.

**Q: Do you use it in the oven or on the stove,is it a warmer or cooker?**
A: The Fajita Butler is just a serving plate. When the skillet is heated to a max of 500 degrees it utilizes the heat to keep the tortillas warm. It is the same size and function of the ones used in restaurants. Hope this helps.

**Q: What is the base made of?**
A: High temp plastic. But it must be pretty good stuff. Will handle the heat. I think it is up to 500 degrees

When I received my order I was missing one of the stainless steel ramekins. I emailed the seller and they got back to me the same day and sent out an entire set of ramekins the very next day.
