The box in which they came in says: Salt - .01 per biscuit - bases on UK/EU typical values - whatever that means.....

I purchased a selection of cookies and the ingredients are listed on each pack. The ingredients for the Golden Oat Crumbles are, wheat flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), rolled oats (15%), skimmed milk powder, salt, rising agent (sodium bicarbonate). The package says it is suitable for vegetarians. May also contain traces of egg, soya, nut and sesame seeds. The palm oil used is certified sustainable. The ingredients may vary since one is chocolate, another has raspberries and the other was a Vienna Swirl (I think). All I have left is the Oat Crumble. Hope this helps.

It doesn’t specify which exact type of sugar, but it’s from 2.6 to 4.8 grams of sugar, or 6.1 to 8.4g carbohydrate, depending on which biscuit it is.

Expiration date for current cookies available

I purchased my cookies in the Fall 2020, and they were best before 3/28/21. I cannot answer the question if the cookies were purchased after I did. The expiration date is stamped on each package.
