Terrible Customer Service
I ordered one, it came with everything needed and looked great so I ordered a 2nd one. The 2nd one came with several missing parts. I’ve emailed the seller and have not received a response. Edit: The company did get back to me and are shipping the missing parts. Good customer service.

Chandelier fan.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This light fixture was exactly the right size for my bedroom, the light adjustment is perfect, the fan is amazing and the fact that when it’s not in use you don’t know that a fan is there.

Beautiful chandelier
This chandelier is not only beautiful but the fan works perfectly. I have purchased four. I have them in my bedrooms and living room.

Shiny but not durable
The fan's motor will burn out and trying to get a new one is hard. I was able to contact the Mooni warehouse in China and they describe the item as being outdated and they no longer have in stock anything for repairs. Don't Buy unless you just want something shiny hanging in your room .

What a beauty! These fan is so quiet I can't hear it running. So many settings for the light and fan. Quality and beauty in the same fan. I want another one!

Poorly designed
The big big problem with this fixture is that it comes with mounting bracket that can only be installed to either a wood or concrete ceiling. It does not fit a standard UL listed fan rated ceiling junction box. Major structural changes required to install this. There are thousands of ceiling fans sold daily that show up with a mounting bracket that fits a standard fan rated box. This one doesn’t

Impractical beauty
Beautiful light, fan is very quiet with great air output. Fan blades and crystals are VERY HARD TO CLEAN! Unfortunately, the fan and light stopped working completely after the last electrical storm. I have filed a claim with the Assurion for warranty.

Beautiful, but electrician said complicated to put together

Well I have never seen anything like it, it looks a crystal light until you put fan on and it opens up like a space ship. Overall very Happy. Beautiful
