Every Friday, for many, many years, my feet and ankles swell like elephant feet. I read an article about a woman that used this supplement to stop feet/ankle swelling. I decided to give it a try. I got them yesterday and took 2 with dinner. Today is Friday. NO SWELLING. I swear that this has to be a miracle product. If swollen ankles and feet are your problem, give these a try. I hope that you are as happy and amazed as I am! UPDATE PLEASE NOTE: Just 2 days ago I read an article about some of the reported side effects that some people experience. Vertigo/dizziness was one of the could be side effects. I had Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) once and that was enough! I have NOT felt dizzy at all, but have made the decision to take 2 capsules after dinner closer to bed. Why? If I do have any dizziness, I am hoping it will be while I am sleeping and not when driving or at work. I will keep you posted. As promised update: No dizziness. I do want to add that on Tuesday night I forgot to take it. On Wednesday? My feet and ankles must have thought it was Friday. I did have swelling and when I got home from work I even donned compression socks. Took it on Wednesday before bed and no swelling on Thursday. I don't sell supplements and really have never reviewed one either, but this works for me. I am guessing that many people read the same article because when I came back today all of the different brands were double the price that they were when I was looking for the one to buy. I will stick with this one because it works. Originally, I chose it because it had same day delivery. Funny how this all worked out....Good luck.

Back in the 80's dad had boxes of supplements next to his chair. The name Life Extension rang a bell. These are one and the same. Will continue to purchase from this company.. I think it's a great supplement, but it seems to cause a heartburn for people with sensitive stomach. I'd take 2 days then 1 day break, then take for another 2,3 days, with 1 or 2 days of break. You can take it with a meal, which alleviates the mild discomfort of stomach. Other than this one side effect, I like its many benefits.

I like everything about this supplement. Good cost value.

An excellent product to help with lowering your blood pressure naturally. The only downfall is the price. Way too expensive in my opinion.
