How many mushrooms will you get from 100 grams

They didn't grow for me. I live in Florida. Evidently the climate is too warm. Oyster mushrooms grew well for me and I got enough to cook with a couple of meals.

How long does it take for these to grow? Two weeks and nothing yet.

I would also want and answer to that. I have mine over 2 weeks and it doesn't look like something will work out of it.

Do these keep growing infinitely or does it produce a specific amount of mushrooms?

It depends on how you grow and let some go to full bloom. But sooner or later the soil will need replacing for nutrients.
