Guter Einstieg in die KAI Messerwelt
Das Messer hat eine gute Grundschärfe und ist sauber verarbeitet. Für meinen Geschmack könnte der Griff etwas dicker und schwerer sein. Das würde die Balance verbessern und das Arbeiten angenehmer machen. Beim Übergreifen stört die etwas scharfe Kante am Übergang vom Griff zum Schneidrücken, vielleicht lässt sich die etwas Glätten.
