An Easier, More Convenient Way To Get Your NAC Serving...
**Disclaimer: The following review should not be construed or taken as medical advice. I do not work in the medical industry and the opinions expressed within are that of my own for no other purpose than to provide feedback on this product as a consumer. Also note the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates dietary supplements as a food and not a drug. This means claims made by any company producing dietary supplements are not validated for accuracy.** These NAC (N-acetylcysteine) gummies provide a convenient way of getting your daily (or extra) dose of this supplement without the hassle of having to take another pill. Just pop the cute bear shape gummy in your mouth and chew and digest like you would any other gummy type candy. It has a raspberry like flavor to it and not overly sweet. These gummies are presented as sugar free, gluten free, vegan friendly, GMO free and made in a GMP environment although that isn't the same as being made in a FDA approved or registered facility. Each gummy contains 500mg of n-acetylecysteine which is one of highest dosage amounts I've seen for this type of supplement. NAC helps the body produce glutathione which is an antioxidant that aids in eliminating cell damaging free radicals in the body. Reducing free radicals in the body (also known as reactive oxygen species or ROS) may help lower the risk of specific health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and so on. NAC has also been known (or at least believed) to improve liver and kidney function when taken as directed by helping those organs flush out toxins from one's body. If you lead a rather healthy lifestyle and eat foods that helps your body produce cysteine naturally (proteins such as eggs, chicken, beef or whole grains) you may not see much added benefit overall from taking these gummies when compared to someone who may be cystiene deficient and/or leads a less healthy lifestyle. Ultimately the decision of if this would be a beneficial part of one's daily lifestyle would be with the individual. I take these along with the other dietary supplements I take daily in an effort to improve my overall health and I do believe this product is part of that process. Packaging does not list where this product is made. Amazon states the country of origin as the United States. Take it for what it's worth although the company behind the product is named Saajoor. Overall I'd give this a 3.5 out of 4 stars for a 4 star rating which is slightly higher than I've rated other dietary supplements I've used/tried in the past.

Raspberry Flavored Gummies with a Raspberry Flavor You Can Enjoy!
Normally, if someone told me that they bought an NAC supplement that did not stink, and stink bad, I would tell them to take the supplement back and get their money back because whatever that was, it was not NAC. Nevertheless, here we are talking about some delicious gummies. I absolutely love the flavor of raspberries, there is something totally perfect about raspberries; they are not too sweet --like strawberries-- nor too tart --like cranberries. These gummies have an all natural raspberry flavor which is amazing without being overwhelming; frankly, I was popping them like candy! One thing about raspberry flavor is that the actual fruit does taste like the flavor one finds in something claiming to taste like raspberries. Grapes, in contrast, do not actually taste like a grape Jolly Rancher. We are all rusting inside, some faster than others, and at different rates in different cells even within the same organ. For instance, the cells of the proximal tubule have a very fast metabolism and they cannot make their own glutathione. Proximal tubule cells’ reliance on uptake and recycling makes them vulnerable to conditions that deplete extracellular GSH or impair transporter function, contributing to tubular injury under oxidative or toxic stress. And, while it might seem that there is lots of kidney for one lifetime, you need lots of kidney to stay healthy for the rest of your life. To keep your kidneys healthy in the face of all this oxidative stress --the less kidney you have, the harder the proximal tubule cells have to work, the more reactive oxygen species they produce, the more glutathione they need-- you have to make more glutathione. Since the proximal tubule cells are not the only cells with the extra fast metabolism, any glutathione in the blood has a good chance of getting used before they get to the circulation in the kidney so the need to make lots of glutathione is very real. The amount of available cysteine is what limits the amount of glutathione one can make and NAC is how you can get cysteine to where your body can use it to make glutathione. All the better that the NAC is in a gummy and you can take one whenever you get the chance because opening a bottle of a high quality NAC supplement that is not a gummy in public is frowned upon because it smells as if something entirely different had happened. NAC in a powder may be cheaper but I guarantee that after one tablespoon, you will be online with Amazon getting a bottle or two of these gummies. These gummies make it a joy to consume more NAC throughout the day and that way, one can maintain a more even level of NAC and glutathione in the bloodstream --so that there is always more NAC to deliver more cysteine to the rate limiting enzyme-- which ultimately is better for all concerned.

Tasty and Easy to Remember - NAC Gummies That Actually Make You Want to Take Them
These NAC gummies are easily one of the best-tasting supplements I’ve ever tried. The raspberry flavor is genuinely good, which made it really easy to stick with. I actually looked forward to taking them each day, and because of that, I never forgot to take my dose. It’s nice having something this beneficial in gummy form, especially since NAC can have a strong taste in capsule or powder versions. This felt like a simple way to get antioxidant and immune support without the usual hassle. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free and still tastes great. The fact that they’re also vegan and made in a GMP-certified facility gives me even more confidence in the quality.

Too sticky
They’re fine; they’re just too sticky. I can’t even get them out of the bottle. They stick together and the bottle is too small to pull them apart.
