The fabric is lightweight and pliable made from 87% nylon and 13% spandex which allows for plenty of stretch and superior comfort. It works well on top or under clothing and stays comfortable all day long. After just a few days of wearing I could tell it helped with pain between my shoulder blades that I often experience due to my job and slouching. I’m hoping in a week I’ll be able to walk around balancing books on my head! It includes a pamphlet with easy to follow instructions for wearing, care, and has Frequently Asked Questions that are very informative. It’s True to size and can be worn by both men and women since as it is unisexed. My teenage son has been using it as well. I may have to buy another… LOL!
