Works well, no issues. Sturdy and well-made. Support frame is about 4.6 mm in diameter. Plate holders are approximately 2.6mm in diameter. Seems sturdy even when support arms are fully extended. Fits well in our 16-inch-wide sink. Only negative is the silverware holder is small and does detach too easily. Our previous drain basket set on top of the counter next to the sink, so this freed up a lot of counter space.

Confusingly, the product I bought 3 months ago is no longer represented by the link associated with the order, but I am still going to leave a review because their dish rack design is still the same from what I can see in the pictures. We've been using this dish rack for 3 months and overall it's fine. We have a dishwasher so the dish rack is mainly used for non-dishwasher items or items that come out of the dishwasher still wet (like tupperware lids). Pros of the dishrack are that the tray is easy to clean and the added caddies for the silverware, cups, and cutting board are helpful. It is also compact for our countertop but able to hold a good amount of dishes. Several design flaws, however, make it so that I would not purchase this again because every time we load it, we have to be strategic in a way that is counterproductive: 1) This is my biggest complaint. They should have added 2-3 more support rungs so that items don't just slip through the existing slats. The spaces between the "cross rungs" so to speak are too far apart and it makes it very difficult to dry anything that is skinny and short, shown in the video. They just fall through. 2) The cup holders are too wide for anything with a narrower mouth (we get around this by using the cutting board holder, as shown in the video). Because of these flaws, I do not recommend this product. I has not broken or weakened at any of the points, however, so for that I still give it 3 stars (instead of 2), but the functionality misses the mark in too many places for me to recommend it.
