Very helpful having on the fridge!

Very plain good & bad foods for people with kidney issues. I have mine on my fridge.

Handy and easy to read.

Came without being folded, so in good shape. There's a slight printing blur on the left side of page, but still easy to read (looks bolded). Kidneys failing, so having an easy reference right on my fridge is helping me adjust to a renal diet. I cold-turkied cigarettes and alcohol but am not sure I can quit dairy.

I like that it is laminated and large enough to consult without my glasses. Clearly labels which items to avoid and which to use.
